Amsterdam-Noord is a raw and industrial district that has evolved in recent years into a vibrant hub of creativity and innovation. With its mix of trendy restaurants and bars, artistic hotspots, and dynamic atmosphere, it attracts both locals and international visitors.

Is anyone on-site during our stay?
Not permanently. Our team is always available by phone or WhatsApp for anything you need.
What are the facilities of Maison Glamsterdam

What are the house rules?
- Respect the neighbourhood. Loud outdoor noise after 23:00 is not allowed.
- The After-Party Room in Maison Glamsterdam is the only exception for late-night fun.
- No smoking inside, only on terraces or rooftops.
- No pets allowed.
- Only registered guests can stay overnight.
- Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.
- CCTV is used at exterior entries only (for safety).
- No Open Flames Policy: for safety reasons, open flames are not allowed anywhere on the property. This includes candles, tea lights, incense, fireworks or any other flame sources. The house is styled with LED candles and ambient lighting for a safe and beautiful atmosphere.
- Confetti and glitter are not allowed, as they require extensive additional cleaning. Any use may result in an additional cleaning fee deducted from the security deposit.

Maison Glamsterdam is situated in Amsterdam-Noord, Papaverweg 29 – F, 1032 KE Amsterdam, a vibrant and creative district that has evolved from its industrial roots into a hub of art, trendy restaurants, bars, and music venues. The area is perfect for groups who want to experience Amsterdam’s energy while staying in a private, stylish house.
The house is easily accessible:
- By car: Two private parking spots are included; additional parking is available on-street (paid during certain hours).
- By public transport: Take the ferry to Central Station (5 minutes) and reach Maison Glamsterdam in just 10 minutes. The North/South Metro line is also nearby (5 minutes).
- Airport transfers: Schiphol Airport is approximately 20 minutes away, and we can arrange private transfers for your group.
The central location puts you within a short walk of cafés, bars, and local attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything Amsterdam has to offer during your stay.
How about cleaning & deposit at Maison Glamsterdam?
- Cleaning is charged per stay: €375
- Refundable deposit: €1,800 per booking
We require a refundable security deposit of €1,800 for each stay.
The deposit must be paid before or at check-in and can be settled by credit card, debit card or bank transfer. After check-out, the house will be inspected and the deposit will be refunded within 24-48 hours, provided no damages, missing items or additional consumption have occurred.
If items from the fridge or bar have been consumed, or if any damages are identified, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit before the remaining balance is returned.
As the house is fully custom designed and finished to a high-end standard, a security deposit is standard practice for premium group accommodations.
